Can I bring my child with me?

Yes, you can bring your child with you. There is no minimum age to enter the event. Children from 0 to 5 years old get free admission. Children from 6 to 12 have to pay a reduced price. Please carry the identity card / passport of your child with you all time to show to our Staff if necessary.

Depending on their age, children over the age of 6 need a children’s admission ticket, there are no VIP or Early Bird tickets for children. If they are in company of an adult with such a ticket, they may use these entrances. They may however not accompany the adult into the photo shoot area, to Meet & Greets or use the VIP seats at the panel if they don’t have an own ticket for those areas. The person accompanying the child is responsible for their care, we do not assume responsibility.

Visitors need to be at least 14 years old to enter the event on their own. Please carry the identity card / passport with you all time to show to our Staff if necessary.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. This applies to all entrance, VIP, photo shoot, autograph and other extra tickets. The times of each photo shoot are communicated shortly before the event on our website and social media. The given time in the ticket is just a placeholder.

The autograph tickets can be redeemed at the tables of the stars during the day. There are no fixed autograph times.
