Join the WLC crew
The most important part of our events is our amazing team of volunteers. We are always looking for new crew members to support us on-site during our events. Whether you already have experience working at conventions and events or are completely new to it, you’re welcome to apply.
What matters most is your enthusiasm. As a crew member, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at the event and help bring the convention to life together with the rest of the team. Being part of the crew is a lot of fun, but it also comes with responsibility, hard work, and occasionally a bit of stress.
We are looking for people who are motivated, reliable, and passionate about what we do. That’s how great teamwork is built – and often lasting friendships as well.
